RESIDENTIAL
Résidentio is the insurance 'par excellence' for apartment buildings.
- Do you live in an apartment?
In addition to insuring its contents, it is also vital that you protect the building, i.e. the walls of the shared property. - Do you own a multiple apartment block which you wish to insure?
Résidentio is the tailor-made solution.
Résidentio is an extensive fire insurance policy tailor-made for apartment blocks. It already has the support of numerous specialist brokers and apartment management boards. And yours too, very soon!
Avéro has designed two Résidentio policies:
- Named risks: the risks covered are listed. This policy already offers very extensive cover.
- All risks: this policy offers the advantage that it insures against all risks, providing these are not included in the exclusions. Anything that is not excluded is insured!
Avéro offers a considerably wider-ranging policy than the traditional ‘All risks except’. Few fire insurance companies would dare to offer this.
Résidentio: a top-of-the-range product for high quality buildings
In order to take advantage of the Résidentio All Risks policy, the apartment block must meet certain quality criteria, in particular the number of floors, the sum insured, the age of the building and the price of each habitable unit. Previous claims will also be taken into account.
Recommended extensions
If you so wish, you can extend your Résidentio policy by adding assistance cover and/or full legal protection.
- The assistance department will organise urgent works and protective measures in the event of an accident as soon as possible after the incident.
- The legal protection cover provides legal assistance following a fire or any other covered risk requiring amicable settlement or legal recourse.
